We had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The hotel's location is perfect, nestled on a hill with stunning ocean views. We were able to easily access three beautiful beaches, the waterfront, and a bustling street filled with shops and restaurants. The highlight of our stay was the dinner service, where we indulged in delicious food that rivaled even the priciest restaurants in town. the comfort and quality of service provided at this hotel exceeded our expectations.
With its quiet and semi-secluded location, this place offers a peaceful retreat for anyone seeking relaxation and tranquility. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with enhanced amenities and services.

The relatively close location to the Joao Fernandes and Azeda beaches.

The hotel was beautifully landscaped and the rooms were charming. The facilities were a perfect balance of simplicity and luxury that a beachside hotel should have. Staff was helpful and the proximity to the beach of Joao Fernandes and Azeda made it easy to access the best beaches in Buzios. All for a very reasonable price.

This hotel is located in a great spot, right next to the beach and close to two other beautiful beaches. the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with charming details. the service was excellent and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. the breakfast was fresh, with delicious juices, and a nice selection of breads and fruits.
The hotel lacked some amenities in the room, especially toiletries, which we had to bring ourselves.

This is lodge is quite well preserved, and is very nice, with an outdoor pool, good breakfast, spacious rooms.
Although this is a very good lodge, it is quite overpriced. It charges like a resort but it´s just an excellent inn.

The Azeda Boutique Hotel has its unique ambiance - it creates its own laid back and exclusive universe in the busy, tourist center of Buzios, yet keeps you close enough to the action, so you never feel isolated Reflecting the laid back-chic, the staff does everything to make your stay more enjoyable. The rooms are decorated with an individualistic and artistic touch. Thanks especially to Alexandre, who made our stay at the Azeda Hotel even more special than we thought. We enjoyed beautiful scenic views from our seaside balcony.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff despite limited english. Hotel had gorgeous views and was a convenient walk to beaches and the central area.
Rooms were not what I expected based on the description in Booked.net. Booking told us "1 room, triple room for 2 persons," which to me describes a sort of suite for two people with three separate rooms and a bathroom. However, upon arrival "triple room" just means "for 3 people" thus a queen bed and a single bed but all in one room. As such, it gets cramped and there is not a lot of space.

Spent new year's eve at a boutique hotel near my favorite beaches. Beautifully maintained gardens and buildings in a colonial style, my balcony offered a tranquil view. the location was ideal for beach, goers, with several beaches just a short walk away. the staff was helpful and professional. the room was spacious and had a stocked mini, fridge, perfect for hot days. the breakfast was delicious, offering eggs, fresh fruit, and pastries. the hotel also offered an on, site gym and free beach umbrella and chairs.
The pool was too small and did not have a hot tub. Inconsistent Wi, Fi signal.

Very attractive lay out within the Pousada. Very nice rooms. Flat screen with dvd (they also had some DVD's to check out which could be watched in English). Nice lobbly and pool area. Grounds were immaculate. Good security. Free parking. Pousada is not on the beach but within 10 minutes walks to three or four very nice beach areas (notably Azeda beach and Joao Fernandez. Centro (city center) 15 minute walk or take local taxi.
Very limited view of ocean. Kitchen was not functioning/under repair during our visit so had to take breakfast down and across the street at affiliated pousada. Also as a result there was no active bar or snacking facility at the Azeda pool area as anticipated. Staff had limited English speaking skills and were less useful providing tourist type info than provided at most very nice locations such as this. They were nice and tried but were less informative than was needed.

Excellent place and location and friendly staff, but torture to get suitable services and answers. On arrival I was told that on the third night I had to move to another (inferior) hotel of the same group because of water-related repairs. Yet, the two days I was at the Azeda Boutique Hotel, I only got decently warm water once; I complained 4 times over 2 days; the maintenance guy would come and fiddle for a while; everyday I got a different answer and tentative solution that worked for 10 minutes and then zero again. The staff was tentatively helpful but with a go-round type of response; they argued my room was the only one with water trouble; but all other rooms were empty and they only offered to move to another when I had already had enough with cold baths (temp was 16-21 degrees celcius outside). Another complaint goes to Booked.net : at the time I was searching for rooms, Booked.net was stating "only one room left" ... "only three rooms left"; that's not true; the place was completely empty. I'm posting this elsewhere.
